Moose Teriyaki Garlic Steak

Have you ever tried moose with Teriyaki? If not, you're missing out! This is one of our favorite recipes. This delicious rendition of marinated steak with minced garlic will have your mouth watering. Just the smell while cooking will get you excited! When you have freezers full of moose, this is a go to meal for the family.

Ingredients
 1 ½ cups Teriyaki - Yoshida's Sauce Recommended
 6 tbsp Soy Sauce
 8 tsp Minced Garlic
 1 lb Moose Sirloin Tip Steak
 0.50 lb Fresh Green Beans
 3 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Directions
1: Defrost your Moose Sirloin Tip Steak for a few hours before cooking. Once thawed, slice the meat into thin bite sized pieces. Place sliced meat into a zip lock gallon back along with the soy sauce, minced garlic. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
2: Pour the steak and the marinade into a bowl. Transfer the steak to a wok, reserving the marinade. Stir fry the steak in oil over medium high for about 10 minutes or until browned. Remove the steak from the pan and add the green beans. Stir fry the green beans for 5 to 10 minutes (if frozen).
3: Once green beans are nice and fried. Add the remaining marinade to the pan along with the steak and cook altogether on simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Feel free to add a another dose of soy sauce for extra taste. Remove from heat and serve over rice!
